As women continue to leave the workplace in record numbers, it is more important than ever for organizations to get a handle on the situation and do whatever they can to help. Today we are pleased to release the first of a two-part video interview with two executives from Verizon discussing their efforts to support professional women.
In this interview, I wanted to better understand two of their efforts. The first is the Women in Business program that they launched bringing together leading female business leaders in the space in a series of intimate video roundtables. The second is a very recent effort known as The Women’s CoLab. This effort will bring together resources to succeed, both during the pandemic and beyond and in an increasingly digital world. Participants get access to trailblazing leaders, best-in-class development resources, and an array of tools to remain in the workplace and thrive.
The first interview is with Aimee Novak, Vice President of Business Sales at Verizon. Aimee has been inspiring women and business owners nationwide when it comes to teaching them how to help grow their business and building their own personal advisory board.
