A couple of weeks ago, we asked for your stories about the fashion faux pas you've witnessed in the workplace, and you delivered. Here are some of our favorites.
A common thread among the submissions was revealing clothing.
"The one fashion faux pas that really gets to me are hip hugger slacks that show the buttocks and crack when a woman moves, bends, or stoops at work. Don't they realize that CRACK KILLS!!!" -- Anonymous
In some workplaces, the problem is both the clothing employees wear and what they don't wear.
"I remember years ago--at a different company--our receptionist came in wearing a mini skirt and visible 'lack of undergarments.'" -- Ronda Scott-Marak
Some applicants manage to showcase their knowledge of some of the finer points of the law without saying a word.
"In just the past week, someone came into my office to apply for a job and he was wearing a T-shirt that read: 'It's only illegal if you get CAUGHT!' Now, doesn't that just make you want to hire him on the spot?" -- Dawn Rodriguez.
