HR Strange But True!
May 24, 2001

A man afraid of failing a urinalysis tried to fool drug testers by modifying a sex toy so it would deliver urine supplied by a friend, Cleveland authorities say.

The plastic prosthetic did not fool a probation officer, who was trained to observe the sights and sounds of urination.

The man, Donald Milligan Jr., 36, had to submit to random drug tests because he was on probation for a drug possession conviction. He inserted a tube into the sex toy connected to a glue bottle filled with a friend's urine. He put makeup on the toy to match his own skin color, took the contraption into the testing center. and feigned urination.

After he was caught by the probation officer, he was forced to submit a legitimate sample.

Which of course tested positive for cocaine and opiates. Penalty: One year in prison.
