With employers and workers facing higher energy costs, there are ways that both can benefit from incentives for workers not to drive to work alone. Employers that offer transportation benefit packages have lower absenteeism, increased employee morale, better recruitment and retention results, and the community goodwill created by helping to relieve air pollution and traffic congestion.
