BLR has recently received an Award for Publication Excellence (APEX) for its popular product, Managing Safety from the HR Desk.

The 18th annual APEX awards program, sponsored by Communication Concepts, recognizes excellence in editorial content, graphic design, and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. This year's competition included close to 5,000 entries.
