Human resources collects and maintains a lot of information about applicants, employees, employees’ family members who are included in benefit plans, reporting relationships, etc. This includes everything from the information needed to track hours and pay employees, to eligibility for and enrollment in benefit plans, to reporting relationships and training plans.
