The Boss Is on Holiday: Do Not Disturb—A recent survey reports that 51 percent of chief financial officers (CFO) put down their work laptops, smartphones, and other handy gadgets down and do not check in with the office while on vacation.

Oswald tells readers “You need to put the work aside to fully recharge.
