HR Strange But True!
March 03, 2010

March is Caffeine Awareness Month, and the sponsor, the Caffeine Awareness Association, has a website devoted to the evils of the substance.

You may have already banned junk food from your vending machines and cut back on sugary goodies at company events. However, could your workplace--or your HR department--survive the banning of caffeinated beverages like coffee and cola?

Would managers freak out and productivity plunge? Would the wellness benefits outweigt the plunge in morale--and civility? SBT wants to know your opinion or any caffeinated stories you'd like to share.
